If the admission is planned, the insured will have to contact the insurance desk 48 hrs prior to admission with their TPA card, photo id proof (Aadhar, voter’s id, driving license or Pan Card) and employee id for corporate policies along with all relevant medical documents supporting the line of treatment.
Claim Status will be informed or the insured can contact the insurance desk.
If the admission type is emergency, then the process will be directly initiated by the hospital insurance desk.
The relevant documents must be submitted to TPA Company within 24 hours from the date of admission. Therefore Patient/Insured must submit their TPA card, Govt id proof on the same day of admission.
Relevant medical documents will be collected by the insurance desk.
Our Hospital gives the patients the privilege to credit bills until the claim is approved.
If claim denied they will be liable to pay the bills.
